This is not for me...

It's just funny bc I was thinking about making a grilled cheese over the next few days.
I'd have to get bread (maybe rye), and cheese - well a cheese for gc's; I've got feta for a feta, beet slices, little tomatoes, walnut pieces, olive oil, powdered garlic salad. Yum.

So could be cheddar, or swiss. I put butter in the pan; it does get cripsy on the outside, sometimes a bit of mayo inside, tomato slice, and sometimes powered garlic when I remember.

You folks can enjoy the offered video version. 👍

ETA' I looked up pimento; cute little red peppers, I see. ✔️
