2. I doubt that would happen.
Men's roles and women's roles in movies are difficult to compare. They move the plot in different ways. Sometimes a man has the lead role, and sometimes a woman does. But sex is important to people. Maybe that will change in the next few hundred years, but not yet.

there are 4 that are gender-specific. The Oscars are broken enough don't break them more.
