I took Rat Face to the vet yesterday

Rat's a cute senior tuxy. I took her in because her ears itch. I learned she has ear mites and a large tumor in her abdomen. 😢

Rat is Mrs Venation's special lap cat. She's crazy about her.

Yesterday's bill took a hefty chunk of my meager savings. I will be unable to pay for surgery. (This IS NOT a solicitation.)

Now it's all about watching her closely for distress. We will not allow her to suffer.

5. I recently lost my special 14 yr old furgirl in the fall.

I couldn't afford the procedure for her hyperthyroidism (she had bad reaction to the meds), so all I could do was monitor her and take care of her until it was getting too bad.

That being said, I now wish I would have done anything to find the money so she was still here. You might want to really think about this as it's a decision that can't be undone.
