9:17 p.m.: All lanes going southbound on the 404 toward Highway 407 are closed due to a sliding truck and road conditions, according to Ontario 511.

The OPP say that all northbound lanes are closed between Highway 403 and Highway 5 due to the weather and driving conditions.

Lightning struck the CN Tower on Friday evening as a massive winter storm brought thundersnow to the city.
