France #1. Most of those olde eastern European cultures #2. Italy in there too. USA has cuisine? Are you kidding? What do they mean - Burger King? Starbucks?

My mother was Romanian. The food was good, but pretty basic. It was certainly nothing to get excited about.

I like almost all of these cuisines. Ranking them seems silly. The wide variety is what makes food fun and exciting! And delicious.

Being part Italian myself, nothing else tops sauce, Parmesan and Romano cheeses, spaghetti, fresh Breads, wines, and garlic simmering in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Back in the 80s I spent about ten days in Acapulco, and I have never eaten better, even though I brushed my teeth with bottled water.
