What's the best online place to review a horrendous landlord?
My girlfriend and I have been a knock down dragout with our landlord (who lives next door--damn did we learn something there). We got a threatening letter from her lawyer for a litiny of total bullcrap and were told that we had to sign a new lease to within a month to cover costs of what we had done (which is total bs we've kept the house we're living in immaculate).
I want to warn other potential tenants. We are not being evicted but we were given an out in our lease if we didn't want to comply with her new demands. We found out we are the second tenant she has done this to in the last 1-1/2 years. We just gave our thirty day notice.
What's the best place? Angie's list? Any ideas on where we can post a review on her as a landlord? Are we allowed to legally use her name in the review?
Any help thoughts, suggestions, etc. from anyone would be appreciated.
