up evenings. What is your favourite herbal/non herbal tea?

(118,577 posts)and other spices floating around in it. I never thought about drinking it strait. But that is what I need. Something calorie free. Thanks. I'll get some.

(14,943 posts)Friend gave it to me for Christmas and it is wonderful! Coconut, vanilla, lemongrass and ginger. The fragrance from it is incredible too and my local supermarket carries it in the fancy tea section. I like a cuppa at night, very satisfying.

If you can find it, Constant Comment Green Tea is even better (I can drink green tea
without -- but the CC is much better).
.
Constant Comment has strong flavors of orange and spices.

And it's fairly "filling".

If you can, find a fairly simple Asian tea set and Google asian tea rituals -- make something of
them that's your own (a small bell or gong can add to the atmosphere). The serious "ritual"
aspect can be exceptionally calming and restorative.

(2,015 posts)that I absolutely loved but I haven't been able to find it in over a year now. I'm not usually one that can substitute other things when I have a chocolate craving but that really hit the spot. I wonder if they stopped making it or maybe they just don't carry it around here anymore.

(2,682 posts)1. Belgian Chocolate Rooibos
2. Carmel Rooibos
I like both of these and couldn't really select only one as a favorite.
You can add Splenda or whatever non-sugar sweetener you like.

(13,661 posts)Most people have them for breakfast, but a nicely blended veggie juice or an apple, beet, carrot and mint juice could be nice -- flavorful and filling. A lot of times I'll substitute ginger for mint just because it is easier to find. If you go the veggie route, these juices will have very few calories, too.
Here are a few: http://www.wholeliving.com/155628/healthy-breakfast-juices/@center/155850/healthy-breakfasts#/151378
As for teas, I look for "Yogi" brand teas - they have some nice, relaxing evening teas, some healthy teas, etc. They have an Egyptian Mint tea that is really nice - check out Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=yogi+tea

I bought a lot of it, and its really quite refreshing, especially on hot days.

(4,840 posts)Because it's supposedly very good for you and it doesn't stain your teeth like coffee or darker teas.
