severe punishment that she did (Bynes hasn't had her court date yet), Lohan takes it up a notch and was arrested for allegedly hitting a pedestrian.

If you haven't been keeping up, Amanda Bynes has had two hit and runs, one DUI and one or two driving with a suspended license. Her car was impounded a few days ago. Here are the two most recent articles:

Lindsay Lohan was arrested in New York early Wednesday for allegedly hitting a pedestrian with her Porsche and leaving the scene of the accident, Gossip Cop has confirmed.

The actress allegedly struck an unidentified man at low speed while trying to park near the Dream Downtown hotel in Manhattan.

Lohan and her entourage quickly checked the vehicle for damage and then went into the hotel; police were summoned to the scene, and the star was arrested as she left the building around 2:30 a.m.

She was taken to the local police precinct, charged with a misdemeanor for leaving the scene of an accident, and released with a desk appearance ticket.

You’ll recall, Lohan tweeted on Sunday, “Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?”

The Mean Girls star was referring to Byne’s legal issues, which include her car being impounded on Sunday after having previously been pulled over while driving with a suspended license, two separate hit-and-run charges, and being arrested for a DUI.

Cooper noted on his show that he does not know Lohan, and “I feel bad for her” and “wish nothing for the best” for her, but felt the “Liz & Dick” star should butt out.

The talk show host said: “If I’m Lindsay Lohan, I would just be quiet and just do your job,” adding, “Get off Twitter, just stop hanging out,and just do your job and comeback. Everyone loves a comeback. Everyone’s rooting for you.

5. This is probably going to be an unpopular opinion here...

I think people are unfairly targeting her. TMZ reported that Lindsay's car was traveling at a crawl, and the cops couldn't determine if she had bumped the guy's leg, or if she had even made contact at all nor did the surveillance video didn't show anybody getting out of the car to check for damage.



I think that she has had a lot of trouble, and everybody knows it. Now it's kinda like, lets see what we can get off of her. I also think it's BS that everybody thinks it's cute when it's a man like Charlie Sheen that is messed up on booze and drugs, but when it's Lindsay Lohan or Amanda Bynes it's omg the worst thing ever.
