I'm going to buy blueberry tea tormorrow I think. I used to love it when I had a job in a tea house. I don't feel bloated. I feel satisfied.

camomile tea, Thai lemon grass tea, and some herbal tea from Germany that has pieces of dried apple in it, but I always seem to feel bloated. Maybe I'll try some Chai and black tea.

The white tea with mint tasted like toothpaste till I added some sugartwin, which I don't want to use so I would not get that again either. The licorice cinnamon is by far my favourite. The Chai is very good, though not as good as when it is made with milk...but that would not help my diet. Mostly I just like the variety of flavours. I hear green tea increases your metabolism so I'll try that next.... though I don't like the taste of green tea alone, even if you only steep it for 2 minutes in warm water not boiling, so I hope I can find some green tea mixed with another flavour. There is a health food store a good walk away from my house and they have hundreds of teas so I am lucky with my options.

Sometimes I think it used to be half the reason I would go out for Chinese food.

Again, try looking for the Bigelow Constant Comment Green Tea -- the wonderful
orange n spices taste of CC with the subtlety of a green tea base.

Coconut, ginger and lemongrass. It's delicious although it makes me crave Pad Thai.

I'm sorry if this was discussed before, I never heard of using tea as a way to lose weight. I have adjusted my diet a little and have seen a loss of about 20 pounds over the last year. Slow and steady. I'd like to enhance that if I can. Can you tell me more?

teas.I keep myself full that way. I don't have another meal. I do think that green tea increases your metabolism so I will get some of that. I used to drink diet coke which can make you obese. And I'm staying away from milk or sugar substitutes which I don't think help you lose weight. So this is why enjoying a variety of teas will help me lose weight. I'm keeping my palate engaged, my enthusiam high and inbibing no more calories in the evening.

caffeine free and are available in many flavors. Very nice if you like tea late in the day or before bed.
