More to Lady Gaga's weight gain.

Lady Gaga Shares Underwear Pics, Bulimia Past For “Body Revolution 2013? CampaignLady Gaga continues to open up about her past and present struggles with body image.

On Tuesday, the “Bad Romance” singer, who recently admitted she’s gained about 25 pounds, shared photos of herself posing in just a bra and underwear on her website as part of what she labeled her “A Body Revolution 2013? campaign for acceptance.

Gaga captioned one picture simply, “Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15.”

This isn’t the first time the pop star has publicly discussed her body issues.

1. Well good for her. There's a MAJOR difference between being "fat" and "healthy weight".

This notion that woman have to look like covergirls (who are basically all digitally altered) is not only dangerous to their health, but also pushes an unrealistic "Barbie" image that convinces girls of normal weight that they are "fat". Every girl I've dated has called herself fat, and none of them were. You need a little extra weight to deal with illnesses. Sure, too much is a bad thing, but a spare tire is actually a good thing. Beer guts, not so much.

3. I'll admit I wasn't healthy at 175, but I dropped to 122 and that wasn't healthy either.

I'm back up to the 130-135 range and that's a good weight for me. I'm not skinny, but I'm not fat either. Sometimes I go days without eating (another issue) and a I just burn fat. Other days I eat all day. I'm just not a "3 meals a day" sort of person.

I'm 6'3", around 270, so a little meat on the bones comes in handy.

I say "Fie!" on everyone who's down on Lady Gaga. She's a serious role model and all of her publicity stunts end up making the world a slightly better place.

At least as far as I can tell. MTV has an article with some details.

Those certainly are not photos of someone who needs to lose weight...

10. The photo linked in this thread is her before/anorexic photo.

(not saying it looks anorexic to me, it looks healthy)

The after ones do look like she's above a healthy BMI, but wouldn't cause outrage if a) she wasn't a celebrity that people are used to seeing as thin, and b) she wasn't wearing clothing that society says only thin people should wear.

I saw three of them, the before and two of the afters, and none of them looked extreme either way to me.
