1. The "Paul Ryan" is Velveeta and SPAM with iceburg lettuce and American cheese on white bread.

And, since the OP isn't long enough, that's "processed American-style cheese food product", the crust has to be cut off of the white bread, and of course it needs Miracle Whip non-mayonnaise slime and French's flaming yellow pretend mustard. Throw on a slice of SPAM and you're golden.
