Smoked baby back beef ribs, baked potatoes, and brussels sprouts.
I smoked the ribs. Herself did the veggies. Not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I fed about 400 guys every day, but I gotta say we never had pulled pork.

I'm afraid the only thing useful I learned in the Army was the phonetic alphabet.

(56,056 posts)recently got my first barrel cooker and that thing is a rib cooking machine. even the two sauce mongers in the house say the ribs don't need anything but salt and pepper!

After the final cook wrapped in foil, I cook another 15 minutes with BBQ sauce cut with apple cider vinegar.
