who else is (still) up?

i've had more than my fair share of beer and was contemplating staying up to watch the first sunrise of 2012. then the internet told me sunrise is still three hours away. what the fuck? the sun comes up at 7:20 am? don't we fall back so the sun comes up early? i honestly had no idea the sun came up so late in the winter, nine is the earliest i'm up. i just know it's almost dark by first break at work.

i've spent at least 20 minutes fantasizing about dinners i'd like to make this year.

so, sunrise is probably out of the question and i can't guarantee how long i'll be up, but who's here to keep me company?

Heck I didn't make it to midnight. Woke up to a lot of noise about twenty minuets after 12 and went right back to sleep.
