Of course I'm guessing the removal surgery that he's now getting will cost more than he was given for the tattoo.
My favorite is still the woman who got 56 stars tattooed on her face and then claimed that the tattoo artist put them on after she fell asleep while he was supposed to just be tattooing 3 stars on her face. Personally I'm not sure I'd let a guy who looks like the tattoo artist get anywhere near me with his tools.
