Is it within your rights to fuck off if someone is repeatedly telling you to fuck off?

What if the person telling you to fuck off is a woman in labor?

That's well within her rights.

My wife had all three of our daughters at home. It's a messy, painful, and emotional event. Just treat her like a princess.

If it's a sincere "fuck off", sure. If it is a cyclical or other understandable frustration "fuck off", then probably not.
