The outrageous rumps are 12 inches wide, 12 inches long and four inches thick. They tip the scales at 9lb and more than half a stone - about the same weight as a newborn baby.
And if you order the £110 dish youll have a good old wait as it takes over two hours to cook medium rare. The order, at The Duck Inn in Redditch, Worcs, comes with chips, mushrooms and onion rings.
But if somehow you can scoff the lot in under and hour you get it for free.
Only a handful of diners have attempted it and not one has managed to finish since the Man Versus Food style challenge was introduced last year.

... that an outer inch of the beef and all the mushrooms would make
a decadent feast indeed. More would just be for effect and quite stupid.

(23,973 posts)I like the occasional nice piece of beef, but, a pound plus of steak each with all the trimmings is one big meal.
Damn, now I'm hungry.

(2,095 posts)So that would actually feed a family of 36.
I mean if we're going to go by proper serving size. If we are using normal American size servings of 12 oz., it would still feed 12 people.
