I do live right up in the woods, the Woodland man said on Thursday, explaining his most recent visitors. I really dont have any neighbors.
Living at the end of an 800-foot-long driveway, isolation often pays off, as it did on Tuesday morning.
I was walking from my living room into my kitchen and just happened to look out the window and something struck me funny, McCarthy said. Something didnt look right.

Such strong hind legs, and broad feet (almost like built in snow shoes!). Thanks for posting that picture of them out and about in the wild!

but the legs look right. More likely in the continental 48 it was a bobcat... but again hard to tell.
