Update on my husband's jury duty.

He just called and the case is over so I can post about it.

He was chosen as the foreman (haha) and basically the plaintiff was a woman injured in a car accident that got one of those lawyers you see on tv.

She called him first before seeking medical attention and he gave her a list of doctors to see, so she sees them and has a neck injury, which she had from a previous accident but didn't disclose at first.

Jury voted for defendant, so she didn't get any cash.

My husband was in a 6 car pile up on 85 in Atlanta a few years ago and he was the first car to be hit (which he told them about and was still picked because he settled with the other guy's insurance company). He went back and forth for quite awhile, his car was totaled and he missed work for a few weeks but no permanent injuries.
