Sprecher alcoholic root beer? Yup!

I won't be drinking it myself, (don't like what booze does to me,) but I bet a couple people here will like this.

MILWAUKEE —Milwaukee's Sprecher Brewery is not only Made In Wisconsin, it's taking its famous root beer and kicking it up a notch.

Brewery president Jeff Hamilton said the company is putting an adult spin on a flavor many grew up with.

Sprecher has created a malted version of its famous root beer for adults only.

Four years in the making, Hamilton said many people ask what took so long to come up with an alcoholic root beer.

I worked for a root beer company in California and had my fill of root beer. I can't stand the stuff any more.
