I'm too lazy to look for the link just now, but I think the story behind it is that these bear cubs are always getting into this dumpster and then they can't get out. The people in the truck put up a camera so they can tell when the cubs are stuck in the dumpster. Then they devised this system where the woman gets in the bed of the truck with a ladder, her husband backs up the truck, she puts the ladder in the dumpster and then they drive a little ways and wait for the bears to get out. Once the bears are out of the dumpster and a safe distance away they go back and get the ladder.
