My 82 year old mother bought too many bananas this week...........

Banana bread is in the oven, 14 minutes till it's done.

Banana cream pie is in the fridge.

3 bananas left, any suggestions?

in a condo & the neighbors down the hall & across the hall are all very nice. So if I do make another one, probably will give half of loaf to each of them.

It's from a recipe book from about 1952. I grew up using this book for baking when I was a kid. About 3 years ago I realized we were missing so many pages from it. I went on ebay found a copy of it, intact, gave it to mom & she was so excited to get it.
