I had to play that song behind a guy who had a three note range so when I hear it I'm traumatized .You had to be there and you're lucky you weren't .

The Ramones, though, were maybe the greatest pure rock'n'roll band ever, for their first couple albums at least...

Though there is nothing in the house today that would receive such a broadcast.

When I was a kid in Indianapolis, there was no rock station; you put a radio up on the sill of a window facing north and fiddled wityh the knob till you had WLS from Chicago....

And in an oddity, the girl involved is Susan Ronstadt, Linda Ronstadt's cousin
and MacArthur Park (singular not with an S) was where they went to eat lunch often

The recipe is a true lost love
Never have it again means to never again find that true love
