Florida man Tasered after naked marriage proposal at wrong house

WKMG reported that 22-year-old Thomas Edwards claimed to Casselberry police that his he had gone to the address given to him by his girlfriend and started taking off his clothes in preparation for a marriage proposal.

“What color shirt does he have on?” the dispatcher asked.
“Er, he doesn’t have a shirt on,” the homeowner explained. “Er, he is kind of walking around and taking his pants off.”
When police arrived, Edwards reportedly told them that “he just wanted to go to jail” and wondered if assaulting an officer with a head-butt would get him arrested.
