Pilonidal cysts suck. In pain :( ...

I've had pilonidal cysts in the past, they are something of a chronic condition. But in the past they would usually drain of their own accord. The one I have now which developed just as I got back from my Kauai, Hawaii vacation doesn't seem to be draining this sucker is painful, I have trouble sitting or lying down and even walking is hard at times. Doing to the walk in clinic tomorrow probably. I've held off because I know that they can get better on their own with hot baths and time but this one doesn't seem to be. It's large too, like 3 to 4 inches in area
