I had a chocolate today. The tailor was offering them. Mine was filled with bourbon or something.

I'm an alcoholic. I ate it because I couldn't see how not to make the tailor feel bad. I know it doesn't count but I feel like I cheated. And no I don't have a physical addiction to alcohol - I was purely a binge drinker every so often. Shouldn't somebody warn you that there is alcohol in their chocolates? Lid was open. Chocolates were shaped like a bean not a bottle.

I sent my grandma a nice big box of chocolates for Christmas. I don't speak German, I heard later that they were filled with whiskey or something like that. Oops!
She was an alcoholic - but not in recovery, so she probably enjoyed them quite a bit. Just not a choice I would have knowingly made.
