This one is Yoshioka-kaitei, located in the undersea Seikan Tunnel that connects the islands of Honshu and Hokkaido.

the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) opened. It was a huge deal. We kept hearing about how there was a tunnel under the bay, connecting Oakland with San Francisco. Yay! A tunnel under water! Surely it would be see-through and we could ride along watching the fish swim above us. Well, imagine my disappointment when I rode it for the first time and it was just a dark ride through concrete. ^THIS is what I had in mind.^
