Nothing like the old DU that had trained volunteers who truly, tirelessly, and with integrity, upheld the values of this site and the community.
but it doesn't always work and sometimes it isn't co-operated with 
Especially given the fact that there is virtually no guidance from admins, or very little compared to the moderator model.
It's really an interesting concept and I really admire the host approach and most of the hosts, but there have been a couple of instances in which a host has acted in conflict with the spirit of the program.

guess I should put the lid down on my replies, then 
in the best lounge comic of the year. I think it's nice to be included in a group think funny ha-ha. It's sad that some people can't laugh at themselves and go along. I love to make people laugh even when the jokes on me.
A side benefit to my hobby of astronomy is that looking at another world like Saturn shows you how insignificant we all really are.
