I've always stayed away from salt. Sugar is my downfall, big time.

You'll find other spices.

Or just until they perform some procedure or certify you are OK again. I agree that would be difficult. I'm 1/2 Asian myself and my diet is roughly 1/2 Asian as well, lots of salt usually, would be hard for me to switch.

I'm very glad to hear you are back home though!
