No sugar
Cut way down on the carbs (keep it two slices of bread a day at most)
Cardio. Cardio. Cardio. Get the heart pumping for at least 45 minutes 5 times a week.

Nickle and diming it myself.

Going to the deli and getting my meat and cheese sliced thinner, limited sugar,meat that I can see the muscle (limited ground meet). Limited drive through, ect....I am closing on 80+ lbs. Of course it has been a slow descent, but I am ok with that.

I recently kicked it up a notch by walking 5 days a week and having more water. Congrats on your personal success.

I love ice cream and I buy sugar-free, so I can indulge without guilt. And I do not even have sugar in my house, only Splenda. And I only eat about four slices of bread in a week, as I like toast with my eggs. I am not overweight, but I try to keep my weight down.

Although I have some serious issues with BMI as a measurement, losing weight is a good thing for your health.
