Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsWent to the local Blockbuster today
Nine days left open.
Picked up some really great DVDs for cheap:
The Watchmen
Angela (A Luc Besson flick, I got five others)
The Fountain
A Scanner Darkly
There Will Be Blood
JCVD
Moon
And Killing Them Softly
So when I have no cable (Or if it's more boring than usual), I've got some great time wasters

(3,918 posts)Watchmen is probably my #2 comic book adaptation right behind The Avengers. Moon is one of the best sci-fi films of the last decade (at least). The director Duncan Jones is David Bowie's son (Zowie Bowie), btw.

(6,154 posts)The Watchmen
One of the more interesting comic book adaptations. It didn't work for me but it had some good high moments. I thought the ending silly and overdone.
Angela (A Luc Besson flick, I got five others)
Have yet to see it.
The Fountain
A very interesting visual and aural experience. Something of an art house piece. Again didn't completely work for me but many aspects of it are great IMO.
A Scanner Darkly
Not seen it.
There Will Be Blood
OMG probably my favourite movie of all time!
JCVD
Not seen it.
Moon
Quite a goof sci-if psychological horror or types. Not your typical sci-if piece.
And Killing Them Softly
Very good, and dark, crime film.
