what are you watching?

i don't watch tv tv except for food network and create, my tv watching consists of binge nerd shows on netflix. i just started the second season of the new dr who and am enjoying it.

well, i do watch the price is right if i'm up early enough.

what shows are you guys into?

also, let me make a shameless plug for my favorite blogger. www.markwatches.net and markreads.net he reads and watches popular, mostly nerdy, books and shows and reviews them a chapter/episode at a time. he's done harry potter, lord of the rings, the hunger games, the hobbits, game of thrones, bsg and much more. he's watching the west wing right now. not only is he fucking hilarious, he makes me check my privilege. i met him a few years ago and he's also super sweet.

Game of Thrones. I wonder if they are going to make a 4th Season...I don't even know if I can find that link again, that I had for the season episodes. It was a wonderful website for watching nearly any tv series. But, normally I don't like TV. When I was in the hospital, I stuck with the sports channels and watch several bowl games at the start of the New Year.

I watch:

Game of Thrones which I don't love as much as everyone else but it does have some redeeming qualities. I will definitely watch season 4.
Elementary which is a decent drama show.
Ripper Street which has decent character development but can sometimes be a bit bloody for my taste but not too bad.
Orphan Black which is a decent show just for its weirdness but some drama. Not sure about it yet but it kills an hour without being stupid.
Dracula on NBC which is not great but a decent drama and may be cancelled after its 10 episode run.
Good Wife as the only real drama on teevee but most characters are unlikeable.
Downton Abbey is a good soapy drama.
Continuum is a passable show on Syfy.

I'm sorry but as much as I want to see something in Dr. Who I just don't get it. Not enough science and not enough fiction or drama to get me to care.

Oh. Breaking Bad really is worth watching if you haven't been keeping up. It was an interesting show for those that like good dramas with a twist.

Community. Big Bang Theory. SNL. Downton Abbey.

Then I will get back to my Netflix account and continue with Star Trek Voyager, West Wing, and House of Cards.
