I'd get the kids to go to the gym and play music like that to get them dancing!

6. Did you know there's a website where you can run it for 24 hours?

I THINK it's 24hoursofhappy.com, but if not you can google it. When you click in it starts at whatever time you're at and runs the song over and over for 24 hours (you can jump back and forth if you like). It shows all kinds of people singing and dancing to it. I've never gone the 24 hour route but it is really pretty spectacular, and of course gets stuck in my head, so THANKS A PANTLOAD.

I am over at my daughters house...kids don't have school today, so I did not get my day started with my usual "old lady get your heart pumping" routine, so this post got me going. I will have to add this song to my line up.

The day I posted I was feeling Blue as the sky. But to watch the video and watch my grand babies dance made me laugh. And I wasn't feeling so bad. It may not give you an instant feeling of "HAPPY" but it sure takes the edge off of unhappy. Glad you enjoyed. funny how the tune stays with you all day !!!!!
