Example:

"How many square feet of pizza is eaten in the US every year? (Goldman Sachs)

"If you were a pizza delivery man how would you benefit from scissors?" (Apple)

"Are you more of a hunter or a gatherer?" (Dell)

"If you were a box of cereal, what would you be and why?" (Bed, Bath and Beyond)

With five people in one day. Pretty serious position.

Four of them talked to me like I was a human. We talked about my experience, the job, made jokes, connected.

One of them had about a dozen inane questions they probably pulled off of some HR website somewhere. Felt like I was talking to a magic 8 ball.

I bet big money that if the job doesn't happen, it'll be this genius that causes it.

Most of the time, it's need that creates the hire. If the organization has a strong need, then they will hire you.

The interview is really a formality.

But advertising is like that. Horrible business.
