Is it hit and run if the person you hit ends up in your car as you continue driving?

"Newspaper deliveryman Steven Gove says he had just finished his route Saturday night when he and the tricycle he was riding were hit by a car. The 56-year-old went through the windshield and ended up inside the car.

"When I realized I was in his car, I said, 'Hello! How do you do? I'm the guy you hit on the bicycle,'" Gove told FOX 11's Bill Miston on Sunday."
