"Getting my hair back was the best thing that ever happened to me."

'Hairclub commercial'

Really?
SERIOUSLY?

I've been bald for several years.
So. What.

It's a toss up for 'best thing that EVER happened to me'.
Finding and marrying Miz t. and the birth of our daughter.

Jesus, guys?
HAIR?
REALLY?

cancer treatments. Sorry. I have had two female friends that found out they both had breast cancer.....and they don't know each other, but they are both friends of mine. One decided to have a lumpectomy, and the other one decided to have her breast removed. But they both have months of treatment. Both have once a week chemo, and then weeks of every day radiation. and on top of that......my niece had her baby 2 months early.

You're a good friend, a kennedy to care so much. It can be very alarming to lose all your hair when you're female, but it does grow back. Please let them know that there are a lot of us formerly bald cancer survivors out there.

My sister said the chemo wasn't bad, she just slept through it. The radiation was tougher, though. She didn't talk about it much.

Your hair falls out, you go for the full Statham. Every man looks good with the full Statham unless he's got a fat head.

Others..... not quite so much.

Think Patrick Stewart versus George Costanza.

Some people have weird-shaped heads that would be better suited with hair.

I, fortunately, have one of those great-shaped heads well-suited for no hair.

.... the first rule of "pulling off that look" is to embrace the baldness. If you cut your hair the same way you did when you had hair you will look like a dork.

I was bald at 40. I wear a shaved head and as far as I can tell everyone that matters (wife for example) loves it. Lots of things affect whether you can "pull off" bald or not, if you have pink skin maybe not. If your head is shaped weird, oops. Can't grow a decent beard, too bad

The universe cheated me out of hair but not out of the remaining factors that make the "sons of anarchy" look (as a female coworker calls it) work. BTW I've never watched "sons" is it any good?
