LOL, I scheduled my best friend's getting married celebration on Holy/Black Saturday.

I uh, started dry aging a huge 20+ lbs. Prime Rib for the 19th of April.

Which we will demolish that day.

Oh boy...
Planning fail right there.

I guess I'll cook fish for some people.
