Predictable ? -- People paying parking tickets park illegally while doing so
My office is next to the place where people pay their parking tickets. Right now there are open parking places on both sides of the street but a guy just double parked, turned on his flashers and is going in to pay a ticket.
I see this a lot, mostly when they come out and they are getting a ticket. They say "oh but I was just paying a parking ticket..."
Some double park, some don't feed the meter. The higher the value of the car, the more likely they are to double park. The current double parker has a Audi wagon.
(...hey it's cheaper than watching cable TV...)

I fed the meter enough to cover 30 mins.
The line in the office was very long, and the office staff was so slow. Took me about 40-45 mins to pay my ticket. Didn't want to get out of line so, when I got back to my car, TICKET!
