Food rave of the day: chocolate

Pretty much any kind of chocolate (though I'm told that white chocolate isn't really chocolate).

Lately I've been having bites of dark chocolate w/ caramel and sea salt. One of the best things I have ever put into my mouth. Got 'em at Trader Joe's.

What kind of chocolate do you like?

prefer dark, and dark w raspberry or orange good too. Friend just bought me some 'organic' dark and w orange, hope its good, didn't want him to spend the $, I wanted to check them out first as I'm fussy. Cote d'or's my favorite brand, but not easily available.

It's a chocolate slab with caramel drizzled over it.

I need to tell my sister to stop giving that to me for Christmas because I find it completely inedible.

Now, chocolate with orange zest and/or chili peppers is another matter entirely

Here's another source of chocolate for you

Because it's made from cocoa butter, and you can't get that without processing it from the cocoa bean. Therefore, it's chocolate. I don't care what anyone else says (even if I prefer at least 80% cocoa content in my chocolate.)
