Stray dog rescued in Quebec almost unrecognizable as an animal
Inside all the matted, overgrown fur that was shorn from him, was a cute little terrier. It really makes me wonder the story behind this little guy getting into such horrible condition.

I'm glad he was rescued.
And all the people who work to save little guys like this.
Look at those paws and rear-end. He was in terrible shape just trying to get through the day.

He knew I'd be interested.
We agreed that the dog's feet looked like felted wool winter socks that had been worn walking through mud.
He must not have been on his own very long, because he probably couldn't move. He wasn't very thin, so someone must have fed him, but that's all they did. What condition must the person be in?
