So I saw a guy loitering on the street trying to get people to sign his petition to impeach Obama.

And the argument was that he "could" start WWIII. Hmmmmmmm... Obama has spent less on the military than any sitting president since Eisenhower, ended the Iraq War, found Osama Bin Laden, actively avoided the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, yet somehow he's going to start WWIII? Right.
