A North Carolina man was arrested on Thursday after convincing a woman shopping in Walmart that he was a podiatry student and then sucking on her toes without her permission.

According to WISTV, Michael Brown, of Concord, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault on a female. Police authorities indicated that Brown is a registered sex offender....

That woman, identified as Erika Porras, told police that he convinced her to try on several pair of shoes in the shoe department.

“At one point the suspect took the victim’s foot, put it into his mouth and sucked the victim’s toes,” the report states.

GROVETOWN, Ga. -- A woman says a man claiming to be with a TV show sucked her toe inside an east Georgia Walmart after claiming everything she purchased that day would be free if she complied with the unusual request.

The woman called sheriff's deputies Tuesday to describe the bizarre encounter in the Grovetown store, west of Augusta.

Columbia County sheriff's reports say the man asked the 18-year-old if her toenails were painted, whether she'd watched America's Funniest Home Videos and said he was with the show.

Authorities say he asked if he could kiss her foot as part of the prank, then started sucking on her big toe.

Police investigate 'bizarre' foot licking at Wal-Mart

PERRY - Police are investigating a "bizarre" incident in which a man
claiming he was performing a religious ritual kissed a woman's feet Monday
afternoon at the Perry Wal-Mart.

Perry police Capt. Heath Dykes gave the following account of the encounter:

About 5 p.m. in Wal-Mart at 1109 St. Patrick's Drive, an 80-year-old female
shopper stumbled upon a man sitting in the floor of an aisle stocked with
curtains.

The woman apologized for stepping on the man's fingers. The man told her he
was participating in a religious ritual and asked for her help.

A Tulsa woman has a warning for all women after a creepy encounter in a Tulsa parking lot.

She was loading her groceries into her car at a Tulsa Wal-Mart near 81st and Lewis when she felt something lick her toes. She assumed it was a dog. But when she looked down she saw it was a man who was lying under her car.

Lorrie: "I just pointed my finger at him and said what are you doing? I just kept saying that, then I got really, really angry. I was so angry that he had touched me."
