This is the seasonal transition period I dislike the most...

It's a two or three week period where the clutches of winter have petered out, however the cleansing of the spring rains have yet to rinse the accumulation of filth left on everything...

This is mostly a northern climate issue, however those who know I'm sure can sympathize.

I'm ready.

The other thing that is tough are the 1 or 2 teaser days of gorgeous weather, and then back into the cold, ice and gloom.

My dog did the ice dance headed down to the barn this morning.

in Fort Lauderdale. It's been a very mild dry season. The wet season should start kicking in around Easter. I love the snow and cold weather as long as I don't have to live in it.

yard except at the base of the trees. When people say that snow accumulation in the snow belt varies widely, they aren't kidding!

On the plus side - I see some daffodil tips at the foundation of the house!
