It's awful. She once also ordered a pizza with ranch instead of pizza sauce, it came with tomatoes, olives, onions, peppers...I got a dirty look for saying I didn't want any salad pizza, I had salad for lunch.

For years Pepe's had a coke fired brick oven which they never shut off, or rather never let go out.

While they still have the brick ovens, they are no longer coke fired. But they still don't shut them off because it takes 3 days for the temperature to stabilize.

She helped her brother, my uncle, steal about $20,000 from their father then tried to blame it on my mother and I. Her previous crusade was to attempt to talk my stepfather (her brother) out of marrying "white trash."

(She thought her family was better than us...now she wants to make amends. She realized that my mother's family isn't dirt-poor...they're just so cheap they squeak. Living like they're penniless while sitting on $M's in land.)

Pepe's is incredible pizza. I go often. It's only a 45 minute drive and it's worth it.

15. My cousin's wife has people in her family who can't live without raunch dressing

Her own cousin married a nerdy computer whiz who went to MIT. He got a well-paying job abroad near Nice, France. In the one year they were over there in the south of France, they were complaining that they couldn't eat anything because they couldn't find raunch dressing in grocery stores with which to drown their food. They begged my cousin's wife to send them a case of the stuff.

Many years ago I was on a date and we were eating in at Pizza Hut. My date, this was around the 4th date, left Pizza Hut and went to the Perkin's across the street (where she had previously worked) to get some ranch dressing to eat with the pizza.

She seemed to be gone a long time. She was apparently conversing with employees who were her friends. I was sitting alone like an idiot at Pizza Hut. Eventually she returned with the ranch dressing and ate it with her pizza. I almost dumped her because of that date. Weve been mostly happily married for 26 years.

Their ranch sauce was creamy and a lot like alfredo sauce, only on pizza instead of pasta, and this stuff was handmade -- not the Hidden Valley Ranch or Wishbone shit in a bottle poured on a pizza. I wouldn't do that sort of ranch on a pizza, ever, but K7's version was fucking incredible! The pesto, too, which wasn't just basil and olive oil with hunks of garlic.

Still one of my 3 favorite pizza places of all time, even after 15 years.

26. K7 Pizza in Pahrump, NV had pizzas with ranch and pesto sauces (both handmade)...

...which were both just impossibly fucking good.

When I lived there in the late 90s I used to get one of each every other weekend, and two large pizzas fed me and my mother for at least two days. Worth every cent!

Sadly I think they may be closed now, and I haven't been to Pahrump since 1999 anyway.
