We need voice recognition designed for a Southern accent.

My iphone's voice recognition interpreted my saying "step" as "stay up," and "sing" as "saying."

They also have a couple of technical options: doctors and lawyers, which include recognition of job specific technical terms.

I haven't used it in a while so they may have others as well.
