I think I'm going to stay home feeding my parrot fresh strawberries and watching hours of TV shows I've recorded.
Crewleader
(17,005 posts)Another month or so you'll be feeding yourself strawberries sitting out and catching the warmth of the sun. It must be wonderful having a parrot, great company I bet. Hope you both enjoyed your TV shows. Counting down the days my friend, I should know something on the 8th of April. I'm hanging in there.

(202,970 posts)The newly adopted kitten melted my heart and the cat at the computer made me LOL! As for the lovely winter we're having this spring, that sure describes our neck-of-the-woods. It snowed again during the week and we're expecting more tonight...
SalmonChantedEvening

I am guessing lemur.

(86,037 posts)I can totally relate to this one, it's been snowing for the last three or four days, can't remember anymore, and with 14 inches of new snow, I'd say it's a lovely winter this spring too! Oh, and a 4.8 earthquake that woke me up a little while ago (40 miles away, no damage, but it woke me up).
Haz a happy all week!
SalmonChantedEvening
(31,947 posts)I'm tired of it being this cold, just lucky our snows have ended here. The killer is the quakes, I'd be at my wit's end with that combo. May spring be yours in a hurry.

(9,298 posts)perfectly captures what we experienced with our boy, Rufus, this week. When it was time to get to the vet for shots and neutering, he was AWOL. I realized he had gotten his front paws into a tiny opening in a sliding glass door, pulled it back and run outside! Naturally, he came strolling back in about 2 hours later. We'll try again this week. Seriously.
These are so wonderful this week, Salmon - all of them! For folks suffering through springtime winter still, hope they bring a ray of sunshine.
Have a terrific, nap-full Sunday and a great week as we slide into a new month, Salmon!!

What a lovely winter we are having this spring.....to true to be funny. Snow on the ground here.
Sacred duty of every cat.

I dont know what to think of it, and it may be purely mental on the wife's part, but if it helps her I will do what I have to. My atheist cred just went down the toilet
