Bad grammar, dopey language....and it isn't a "contract" by any means. It is a directive. Where is the upside for the potential employee? No mention of benefits, days off, vacation, etc.

I think if I was sitting across a desk from that lady, after reading that crap I would politely ask her to place it with all due force into a spot on her person completely lacking sunshine.

I've signed many and been told that they have no teeth as long as you don't use trade secrets from the previous employer.

She has about as much right to tell an employee that is leaving her business that they can't open a restaurant or bakery as I do telling you to give up on the Marlins.

Have a good attitude - you are fired and no food allowed in the kitchen kinda ruins the reason behind kitchens!
