White culture has been the dominant culture in this country since its inception. A lot of white people would like to maintain that dominance, but they see themselves weakened because we have a black leader. It doesn't matter what Obama says and does. He could be the second coming of Jesus, but just by the fact that he is black, many white people automatically assume that he's inferior or will only work to undermine the country and their culture. It has nothing to do with his deeds or words.
