Around 2002 or so I was working outside of Keokuk one summer. We had blue tarps strung up in the scrub trees for shade. I'm standing underneath one talking to a coworker and I feel something dripping on my neck. I swipe my hand there, and it comes away blue. The tarp coating was melting. That's hot.
