I don't eat it myself because I don't eat beef.

on edit: There's a local vegan restaurant that makes an excellent faux pho!!

Oklahoma City has a hell of a lot of Pho restaurants. This place is just down the road from me.

Here in Scottsdale, a restaurant was approved by the name of "The Pink Taco."
After it opened, and gained notoriety for its name, the city council said they were unaware of the sexual connotations of the name.

Fortunately for them it came and went pretty quickly. It had bad food and overpriced drinks. Once the shiny-shirt crowd grew bored with the joke they moved elsewhere and it quickly closed.
