1. I can't believe people drink that shit
but then again I've had Jaeger shots followed up with no-name beer during college so maybe I shouldn't be so judgemental.

6. I was at a wedding two years ago
and a few of my younger cousins came around with a tray of shots. I smelled that stuff from about 10 feet away and the hair on my arms stood up. It was a real fight or flight response, I chose flight.

4. Bottles of Fireball being recalled have been withdrawn because they’re the North American Formula
which “does not meet the requirements of the European Union’s tighter regulations concerning recommended levels of propylene glycol.”

5. SCARE ALERT! Hysterical hand-waving click-bait!
Does the following quote sound familiar?
"Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) is a colorless and odorless chemical compound, also referred to by some as Dihydrogen Oxide, Hydrogen Hydroxide, Hydronium Hydroxide, or simply Hydric acid. Its basis is the highly reactive hydroxyl radical, a species shown to mutate DNA, denature proteins, disrupt cell membranes, and chemically alter critical neurotransmitters. The atomic components of DHMO are found in a number of caustic, explosive and poisonous compounds such as Sulfuric Acid, Nitroglycerine and Ethyl Alcohol." Sounds scary, eh? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dihydrogen_monoxide_hoax This article is the same sort of hysterics. "OH MY GOD IT'S IN ANTI-FREEZE! THINK OF THE CHILDREN!???" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Propylene_glycol "Propylene glycol is currently exempted from REACH registration. As such with within the EU it bares no warning signs or GHS codes, as it is legally classified as harmless." |
